Mind-body therapy is an effective means of achieving physical, mental and emotional well-being. By working on these three axes, you’ll be able to regain greater awareness and control of yourself, find motivation andoptimism, tame stress and achieve the right balance.
First, by working on the physical axis, you’ll be able to improve your posture, breathing and gestures, while learning to better feel your body. This will help you feel fitter and have more energy.
Then, by working on the mental axis, you can learn to better manage your thoughts and emotions. In this way, you can better understand the causes of your stress and find solutions to tame them. You’ll also be able to better understand your motivations and give yourself the means to achieve them.
Finally, by working on the emotional axis, you’ll be able to better understand your emotions, express them in a healthy way and take care of them. You can also improve your relationships with others by developing empathy and learning to communicate better.
In short, mind-body therapy will help you feel better in your body, in your mind and in your relationships with others. She will give you the tools to manage your stress and achieve your life goals.

A psycho-corporal session lasts 60 minutes, with the exception of the1st session, which lasts 90 minutes.
This time in the first session is necessary to get to know you and to familiarize myself with your story, your issues and your expectations.
The first session lasts 90 minutes and is structured as follows:

30 (final) minutes for a return to yourself : against a relaxing, soothing backdrop, I invite you to explore new horizons of personal well-being. Your choice :

- ✓ Cardiac coherence to reduce stress and improve sleep quality
- ✓ Creative meditation to discover new perspectives on life.
Then, if you decide to work with me, we’ll set up a personal development path (on average 4 to 6 individual sessions, it can sometimes be a little less or a little more – it all depends on your path).
Subsequent sessions increase to 60 minutes and allow us to treat your physical and/or emotional pain points step by step.
- A written report is sent to you at the end of your journey, so that you can keep a written record of the evolution of your story.
On average, 4 to 6 individual sessions are required, which can be shortened or extended depending on your progress and the issues you face.
If the work is about trauma, post-traumatic stress or phobia, the frequency will be one week at the start, then we can space it out.
With the exception of the above cases, the average frequency is 2 weeks.

Yoga is a gentle practice suitable for everyone. However, certain movements may be inadvisable depending on medical conditions. It is therefore advisable to consult a doctor to obtain a medical certificate before starting any regular sporting activity.
