Over ten years ago, I developed the conviction that only a holistic approach can really bring about change and long-term improvement in one’s health and well-being.

Your minor and major traumas are rooted in your mental and physical memory, and working on yourself needs to be holistic if you are to get better.

The holistic approach to healing that I use with the people I accompany is a comprehensive method of care that takes into account the whole person, integrating the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social aspects of his or her life.

This approach goes beyond superficial symptoms to identify the root causes of pain and suffering, focusing on finding lasting, personalized solutions for each individual.

To achieve this, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques:

Caring and assertive communication
Expressing and understanding needs and limits in a way that is clear and respectful of oneself and others.
Visualization
Strengthen the mind’s ability to imagine positive, encouraging scenarios.
Shiatsu therapy
Body technique that uses finger pressure on acupuncture points to stimulate energy circulation and promote muscle relaxation. This technique relieves physical pain and stimulates the immune system.
Emotional intelligence
An approach that helps us better understand and regulate our emotions, and improve the quality of our relationships with others.
Mindfulness meditation and cardiac coherence
Techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and emotional tension, by helping people focus on their breathing and connect with their bodies.
Viniyoga
Practice of gentle movement and stretching in synchrony with the breath, helping to strengthen the body, reduce pain and promote mental and emotional relaxation. This practice can help people improve their flexibility, posture and balance, while boosting their self-esteem and self-confidence.

By combining these different therapeutic techniques, I am able to guide you through a holistic approach to healing that will help you find lasting relief from your symptoms and improve your overall quality of life.
